We’re writing to let you know that our pickup service will be closed beginning Sunday, July 20 through Tuesday, July 22, 2025 as we take this time to restructure our operations and implement an exciting new pickup system designed to eliminate wait times and enhance your experience. 

WHAT’S CHANGING? 

• 48-HOUR STAGING WINDOW: Once you complete your purchase, we’ll have up to 48 hours to stage your order for pickup—no more standing in line! 

• READY-TO-PICKUP NOTIFICATION: You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is staged and ready. Please wait for this notification before arriving at our location. 

• SEVEN-DAY PICKUP DEADLINE: From the moment you’re notified, you have 7 days to arrive and pick up your order(s). 

• FULL COLLECTION REQUIREMENT AT ARRIVAL: When you come to pick up your order, you must collect all items at that time. We do not hold any items once you arrive. Please come prepared to take everything you won. 

• UNCLAIMED ITEMS: Any items not picked up within the 7-day window will be forfeited without refund and re-listed. 

• ONLY PICKUP-READY ORDERS: Only orders that are marked as ready for pickup may be picked up. 

• HONORING EXPIRING PICKUPS: Any pickups whose 7-day window expires before Sunday, July 20 will be honored on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. 

WHEN DOES THIS BEGIN? 
We will resume with this 48-hour system beginning Wednesday, July 23, 2025.
