We specialize in auctioning online returns from major retailers, offering a diverse range of items such as electronics, home goods, clothing, and more.

 Each item undergoes a thorough inspection, and we provide a detailed report about its condition, packaging, functionality, and other key aspects.

We accept returns for items that don’t match their auction description, with a 7-day return period from the pickup date.

Proxy bidding allows you to place the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for an item, and the system automatically bids on your behalf, up to your specified limit. This means if someone else bids higher than your current bid, the system will automatically increase your bid by predefined increments, but only up to your maximum limit. This allows you to remain competitive in the auction without constantly monitoring and updating your bids.

It is also important to note that proxy bids will appear in the auction history as “AUTO”.

Our auctions are held daily throughout the year, ensuring a continuous selection of items.

Currently, all auctions begin ending around 8:00 p.m. UTC-7.

All items start at a bid of $1, fostering accessible and dynamic auctions.

Our extended bidding feature adds two minutes to the auction clock when there is a new bid when the auction timer is below 5 minutes, ensuring fairness for all bidders.

Bidding registration requires adding a credit or debit card, which will be verified with a $1 charge (refunded within 5-7 business days).

Winners are automatically charged using the card on file, so keep your card information current.

A 15% buyer’s premium is added to each item won, applied at the auction’s conclusion.

All items must be picked up from our local warehouse as we do not offer shipping.

Items must be picked up within 7 days of auction closure unless prior arrangements are made.

Bids are final and cannot be retracted, so bid carefully and responsibly.

Cash is accepted selectively, and exact change is required as we don’t store cash at our location

Cancellations at pickup will be refunded the bid amount and state taxes, excluding the 15% buyer’s premium.

We prioritize the security of our customers’ information. We never sell or share customer data with third parties. For more details, please refer to our privacy policy. We also use advanced SSL certificates to secure transactions and comply with PCI compliance laws and regulations. Your card information is not stored directly on our site but is tokenized and securely stored with our payment provider, Elavon, ensuring the utmost safety of sensitive card details.
