Picking Up

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. CHECK OUT YOUR CART FOR AUCTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN WON (ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED BUT NOT NECESSARY. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE IN STORE WITH CREDIT, DEBIT OR CASH).
  2. ARRIVE AT OUR WAREHOUSE WITH YOUR AUCTION ID (LOCATED IN YOUR ACCOUNT PAGE)
  3. ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT WAREHOUSE PLEASE PARK AND WALK TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE AUCTION AREA WHERE A CLERK WILL TAKE YOUR AUCTION ID AND RETRIEVE THE ITEMS YOU WON FROM THE AUCTION.

APPPOINTMENT REQUIRED TO PICK UP ITEMS

  • All items must be picked up withing 3 days (72 hours) of auction expiring during our business hours.
  • All items not picked up withing 3 days will be forfeited back to EZAUCTION.
  • Items not picked up during the 3-day timeframe will be subject to a 15% Restocking fee of the total invoice.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PICKING UP ITEMS.
  • REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THE ITEM DOES NOT MATCH OUR DESCRIPTION FROM THE AUCTION SITE.
  • ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKING FROM PICK UP DATE.
