Return Policy

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below. Please note that our policies differ between products and that payment options may vary from one product to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a Refund:

  • All products must be returned in the original packaging and materials/hardware that the product was picked up with, post-auction, or they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Products eligible for refund are products that were purchased but were misrepresented on website by error.

    Example: If a product is listed as “Functional”, but the product doesn’t function as the manufacturer intended. Or perhaps, a product is listed on Website as “NEW” with “No” damage, but the product is used and damaged.

  • Products eligible for return MUST be returned within 7 DAYS of the date, of the original date of pick-up. 

    Other return information:
  • The refund for any products will be at EZAuction’s sole discretion and will be subject to the approval of our management and inspection team.
  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or not, based on the sole discretion of EZAuction and considering all Refund criteria have been met and no violations of Terms and Conditions are present.  

Refund Procedures

  • Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Your refund, if original payment was by card, will be processed and a credit of agreed upon refund amount will automatically be applied to your card, within 3-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, after being issued. There is often some processing time before a refund clears and is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
