PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

WE ARE OPEN FOR PICK UP 7 DAYS A WEEK FROM 10-6PM. NO APPOINTMENT NEEDED

1.  PICK UP WINDOW: You have 7 DAYS from the ORDER date to collect your items at our warehouse, located at 3616 W Thomas Rd, SUITE 2 Phoenix, AZ 85019. (ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN THE 7 DAY PICK UP WINDOW WILL BE CONSIDERED FORFEITED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN)

2.   ARRIVING AT OUR WAREHOUSE: Upon arrival, please drive to the rear of the building and follow the blue and white signs labeled ‘EZauction Pickup’ with directional arrows.

3. AT THE PICK UP COUNTER: Please say your BIDDER ID to our service staff for order confirmation.

4. VEHICLE WAITING: After confirmation, you will be directed to wait in your vehicle while our team prepares your order for curbside delivery.

5. ORDER DELIVERY: A staff member will bring your order out to your vehicle, Please confirm your items with the staff. Once items are confirmed the staff will request your signature for receipt of the items.
